Cara Membuat Cake Pops :

Bahan - bahan :
1. Cake
2. Candy melt atau coklat warna warni untuk coating sekitar 2 ounce
3. Sprinkle, candy, jelly....whatever lah
4. Lolipop stick
5. Styrofoam

Cara membuat :

Hancurkan cake hingga menjadi remah.

Setelah rata menjadi remah tambahkan vanilla frosting. Aduk rata.

Kemudian bentuk sesuai selera, misalnya bulat spt bola (kira2 bisa jadi 48 buah kata di buku).

Setelah itu masukkan ke dalam freezer. Tunggu hingga mengeras....(lamanya kira2 aja ya tapi jangan sampai jadi es....ya 20 menit lah)

Sambil menunggu lelehkan coklat sesuai warna yang diinginkan.

Setelah mengeras bola2nya ....bisa dimulai dengan menusuk menggunakan stick yang sebelumnya dicolek ujungnya ke dalam coklat. Hati2 jangan sampai pecah bola2nya.

Setelah itu biarkan set dahulu, boleh masuk ke dalam freezer lagi biar cepat.

Kemudian ambil satu buah stick yang sudah ada bola2 diujungnya....celupkan ke dalam coklat, ratakan ke seluruh permukaan bola2. Setelah rata angkat.

Taburkan hiasan sprinkle confetty ke permukaannya merata atau sesuai keperluan.

Tancapkan stick dengan bola2 yang sudah dihias diujungnya pada styrofoam. Biarkan dingin.
Ulangi untuk bola2 selanjutnya.
